I still own Tele Atlas shares, can I sell them to TomTom?
The offer period as well as the post acceptance period has ended. We have started a squeeze out procedure that will result in the transfer of all remaining shares to TomTom. We have asked the court to approve this procedure and when our request is granted your shares will be transferred to us and you will receive payment. It could take until the end of the year or possibly longer before we will receive the court's ruling. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to speed up this process at this point.
