I still own Tele Atlas shares, can I sell them to TomTom?
The Court ordered the squeeze-out of holders of shares at € 30 per share plus legal interest from 12 January 2010. Holders of shares can sell their shares to TomTom N.V. until 18 February 2010 for settlement on 19 February at € 30.10 per Tele Atlas share.
In respect of all shares that have not been offered, TomTom N.V. will pay the consideration due to a special account of the Ministry of Finance on or about 25 February 2010. By that payment the shares will transfer to TomTom N.V. It is intended that Euroclear Nederland will ask the Ministry of Finance to transfer the amount paid by TomTom N.V. to Euroclear Nederland in order that Euroclear Nederland may distribute the amounts due to its accountholders and, in turn they may pay the amounts due to their clients. TomTom N.V. and RBS are not involved in and do not control the timing of this process of distribution
