Peter Wakkie is a Dutch national. From 2005 until 2017, Peter served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Wolters Kluwer NV (2013-2017 as Chairman). From 2003 until 2009, Peter was a member of the Executive Board of Royal Ahold NV. Peter co-founded his own company Spinath+Wakkie BV. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of BCD Holdings NV and since April 2017, a member of the Supervisory Board of Steinhoff International Holdings NV.
Peter was first appointed to the TomTom Supervisory Board in April 2009. His current term runs until 2019.
Jacqueline is a Dutch national. She holds a BA degree in History and in French from Oxford University and a MA degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies in Washington D.C. From 2001 to 2007, Jacqueline was a Director-General at the Dutch Ministry of Transport, responsible for Civil Aviation and Freight Transport and Chairman of the High Level Group for the future of aviation regulation in Europe. Jacqueline also served as a Non-Executive Director of Tesco PLC (UK) (2009 – 2015) and of Vivendi (FR) (2010 – 2014). Jacqueline currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of CNH Industrial NV (NL-UK) and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Unibail-Rodamco (FR) and the Groupe Wendel (FR). In addition, she is Chairman of the Van Leer Group Foundation (NL) and a member of the advisory board of the Bath School of Management (UK). Jacqueline was first appointed to the TomTom Supervisory Board in May 2014. Her current term runs until 2022.
Jack de Kreij is a Dutch national. He is a Registered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. From 2003 until February 2018, Jack was Vice Chairman of the Executive Board and CFO of Royal Vopak NV. From 2006 until 2014, Jack was Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Evides. Prior to that, from 1986 to 2003, Jack worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers NV, where he fulfilled various management functions and was appointed Senior Partner in 1990 and Managing Partner & Territory Leader in 1998, responsible for the Transaction Services practice in the Netherlands. He was employed with the Dutch Ministry of Finance from 1980 to 1986. Since 2011, Jack is a member of the Supervisory Board of Corbion NV and became Chairman of the Audit Committee of Corbion NV as per 1 January 2016. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Council YGroup Companies and became a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Boskalis in May 2018.
Jack was first appointed to the TomTom Supervisory Board in January 2017. His current term runs until 2021.
Michael Rhodin is a U.S. national. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan. Michael was formerly an IBM Senior Vice President, responsible for business development on IBM's Watson platform. Prior to that he held several senior management positions throughout his 33-year career at IBM. Michael is a member of the International Advisory Board of Santander, a member of the Board of Directors of SyncSort Inc. and a member of the Advisory Board of Arboretum Ventures and since March 2017, also a member of the Board of Directors of HZO, Inc.
Michael was appointed to the TomTom Supervisory Board in April 2017. His current term runs until 2021.
Bernd Leukert is a German national. Bernd holds a Master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on engineering and information technology from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. Bernd is currently a member of the Executive Board of SAP SE with global responsibility for the development and delivery of all products across SAP’s product portfolio. In addition, he heads strategic innovation initiatives. Bernd joined SAP in 1994 and has held various management positions in application development, technology development, software engineering, and process governance. Bernd is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz, DFKI) and of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, a member of the Market Strategy Board of the International Electrotechnical Commission and the steering committee chairman of the Plattform Industrie 4.0 for the German government’s Industrie 4.0 initiative. Bernd was first appointed to the TomTom Supervisory Board in September 2017. His current term runs until 2021.
Derk Haank is a Dutch national. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam. Derk has thirty years’ experience in the academic publishing industry, almost half of which have been with SpringerNature, where he retired in 2017. Derk joined Springer Science+Business Media in 2004 as its CEO and drove the migration of content from print to digital, re-inventing the academic book market in that process.
Before his appointment at SpringerNature, he was the CEO of Elsevier Science and Executive Board Member of Reed Elsevier Plc.
Since 2009 Derk has been a member of the Supervisory Board of KPN, becoming its Vice-Chairman in 2014.
Derk will be nominated for appointment to the Supervisory Board of TomTom at an Extraordinary General Meeting, to take place in September 2018.
